Before you play: one agreement, once Alterday is a small world you play for a few minutes at a time. It notices what you do in it. This page says exactly what is written down, where it goes, who can read it, and how to make it stop. Read it once; you will not be asked again on this account. Alterday is made and run by Gamex Interactive sp. z o.o., [address], Poland, KRS [ ] — the company responsible for your data. You can write to us at [hello@bygamex.com]. What is recorded. Each time you play, the world writes down: which world and which version it was, so the same sitting can be drawn again; which room you were in; which of the few marked things in that room you did, how long you took to choose, how long you held it, and which of the others you left alone; what you reached towards without doing anything; the pauses between one thing and the next; the time on the world's own clock and how long you had been there; whether you used a finger or a mouse, and the size of your screen. Every sitting on this account is recorded, on any phone or computer you sign in from. What is not recorded. Anything you type — there is nowhere to type. Your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or anything from any other app, page or file. Which device or browser you use. And no judgement: the record says what happened, not what it meant. We do not diagnose, screen, score, label or predict anything about you, and nothing here is treatment or advice. What a record can still say about you. A few weeks of evenings in this world can suggest something about how you are — what you went to, what you left alone, what changed. You never told us that; it is worked out from what you did. European law treats information that can reveal a person's state of mind as a special kind of information, and we may only keep it with your explicit agreement. That is what this page asks for, and it is why the sentence on the button is worded the way it is. Where it goes. Each sitting is sent, as you play and when you leave the world, to a service we run on servers in the European Union (Microsoft Azure, Netherlands). It is kept there under your account. We use it for one thing: so that an AI you choose can read about you, and so that we can see what the AI asks. Your record is never sold, never shown as a list on any screen — not in the world, not in your chat, not to us — and never handed to anyone else in raw form. (If you ask for a copy of your data, you get one; that is your right, and it is the only way the record is ever seen whole.) Who can read it, and how. Nobody, unless you connect an AI. You will be given one short link. Paste it into the AI chat you already use, and that AI can ask about your sittings. It receives counts and plain dated statements — *three evenings in the workshop; more things left alone this week than last* — never the record itself, and never your name. The AI you connect is run by its maker, under that maker's rules, possibly outside the EU; what you say to it, and what it keeps, is between you and them, and we cannot see or control it. If you never paste the link, no one reads anything. What we see. When your AI looks something up, we see the question — which part of your record it asked about, which days, in what order — never the answer and never your conversation. The questions on their own can suggest what you were talking about. We keep them for 90 days to understand how people use this, then delete what names the subject. We do not see your chat. Your account. We hold your email and, if you gave one, your first name, so you can sign in and so a friend who invited you sees who you are. We use them for nothing else — no marketing, no newsletters, and we never give them to anyone. If a friend invites you, we hold which account invited whom. How long it is kept. Your record is kept while your account exists. Delete your account and your record, your link, your email and your name are deleted within the hour; the AI's link stops answering at once. What an AI you connected already read is with that AI, not us, and we cannot delete it there. Your rights, and how to use them — no email, no form. In *Settings* you can: delete your account and everything with it (this is also how you withdraw this agreement — it is as easy as giving it, and withdrawing does not affect what was lawfully done before); turn off the link without deleting the account; download everything we hold about you as a file; and correct your name or email. You also have the right to ask us to restrict or object to processing, to a copy of your data in a portable form, and to complain to the data protection authority — in Poland, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl. Write to [hello@bygamex.com] for anything Settings does not do; we answer within a month. What stays on this device. Four small things are kept in this browser so Alterday works: that you are signed in; a count of your sittings; a tally of which things and places you have touched before; and your link. They are needed to run the world you asked for, they leave the device only as part of a sitting, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes them. Alterday sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Age. You must be 16 or older to use Alterday. If you are under 16, please stop here; this is not for you yet. Research — optional, and only if you want. ☐ *I also consent to Gamex Interactive sp. z o.o. using my record for research and for building models it may license to: [RECIPIENT CATEGORIES — DATA_RIGHTS.md §2, re-ratified without Human Picture; do not ship a placeholder]. What is licensed is a model built from many people, never my own record.* You can untick this later in Settings; we then stop using your record for this — but a model already trained cannot be untrained, and we will not pretend otherwise. Changes. If we change what is recorded, where it goes or who can read it, we will ask you again before it happens, on a page like this one. Small wording changes are noted in the privacy policy with a date. One last thing, said plainly. People use worlds like this to think about themselves, and some talk to their AI that way. That is yours, and we do not get a say in it. But Alterday is not treatment, we do not offer treatment, and nothing an AI says to you has been checked by anyone here. If you need help now: [LOCAL HELPLINE]. Tapping I agree means: I consent to Gamex Interactive sp. z o.o. keeping the record of what I do in Alterday's worlds on this account — including what it may reveal about my state of mind — so that an AI I connect can read counts and statements from it, and so that Gamex can see what that AI asks. *Not now:* your account stays so you can sign in, but nothing is recorded, nothing is sent, and there is no link. You can play the world anyway; it is the same world. This page waits for you in Settings if you change your mind.
